The Maltese was the third breed families took home most often at our Las Vegas store in the past year, a higher rank than at any of our Utah stores. West Jordan sees many of them too. Families often ask about the white coat: does it stay clean, and how much brushing does it need? Plan on regular brushing, and a short trim makes it easier. The AKC lists the Maltese at under 7 pounds and 7 to 9 inches tall, with a life span of 12 to 15 years. Ask us to text you when one arrives.
