Questions Families Ask
How much is a puppy?
Prices depend on the breed and the puppy. Text the store about the puppy you like and we'll send the price, or ask when you visit. Book your visit online and get $100 off.
Can I make payments on a puppy?
Yes. Puppy Payments: $0 down, about $100 a month, first payment not due for 30 days, and 90 to 180 days same as cash. Leave your number and we'll call you to apply over the phone. On approved credit. Your payment depends on your puppy and your approval.
Where do your puppies come from?
We buy from USDA-licensed breeders, and we care about every puppy's health. We are always happy to talk about it in person.
What comes with my puppy?
Our benefits include a 10-day viral guarantee, up to two years of genetic health coverage, and up to 12 years of FUR-ever puppy-purchase credit for covered genetic death. English Bulldogs have a one-year limit on both genetic and FUR-ever guarantees. Use your pet insurance first (the free 30-day Trupanion plan, then AKC Pet Insurance); our guarantees come after insurance. Puppies are microchipped and activated in store, with lifetime lost-pet support, 15-mile alerts and over 500 hours of online puppy training. Most puppies are registered with pedigree paperwork. A 30-day Trupanion offer is also included, with activation and policy terms. Ask your store to review the written terms and exclusions for your puppy.
I want a certain breed, boy or girl. Can you find one?
Yes. Join the I want list or tap Notify Me on any breed page. We text you a photo as soon as a match arrives, and our stores can move puppies between locations.
Can I see a puppy before I come in?
Yes. Text the store and we'll send photos and videos. Then come meet your puppy in the store.
Can you find a breed you don’t have?
Yes. Request a puppy: tell us the breed, boy or girl, color and the store to deliver to, and we'll search for it. A $50 deposit holds your request and is refunded if we don't get your puppy within 30 days.
Do you sell other pets?
Yes. Cedar Pet Supply in St. George has freshwater fish, reptiles, birds, small animals, kittens and supplies.
