This page explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers The Puppy Store (West Jordan, Vineyard and Las Vegas) and Cedar Pet Supply (St. George).
What you give us
When you fill out a form on this site, like booking a visit, asking us to text you when a breed arrives, requesting a puppy or asking a question, we collect what you type in. That can include your email, name and mobile number, the store you pick, the visit day and time, the breed or puppy you are interested in, and whether you want to hear about Puppy Payments.
Some forms also ask for other details, such as quiz answers, a message, your pet's name or a date you choose. Most forms start with just your email. We save it as soon as you press the first button, even if you do not finish the rest.
What we collect automatically
With each form, we also save the page you sent it from, the website or ad link that brought you to us, and your browser type. We also save a scrambled code made from your internet (IP) address and the date. We use these to see which pages and ads bring in questions, and to block spam.
If you use the supplies pickup cart, your cart is saved in your own web browser on your device.
How we use it
We use your information to answer you, set up and confirm visits, tell you when a puppy or breed you asked about arrives, call you about Puppy Payments if you ask us to, and send you the news you signed up for.
Your request goes to the team at the store you chose and into our customer records, so the right people can follow up.
Text messages
We only text you if you agree. The text box on our forms says: "Yes, text me. The Puppy Store and Cedar Pet Supply may send me text messages, including automated texts, about puppies and visits at the mobile number above. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not required to buy."
This box may already be checked when the form opens. Uncheck it if you do not want texts. We keep a record of the consent wording you agreed to.

Who we share it with
We use outside service providers to run this website, keep our customer records and send texts and emails. They handle your information to do that work for us.
If you apply for Puppy Payments, the payment company gets your application, and its own privacy policy applies to it.
