Cocker Spaniels were one of the top four breeds families took home at our Vineyard store in the past year, a higher rank than at any of our other stores. West Jordan sees many of them too. Families often ask how big they get and how much work the soft coat is. The AKC lists Cocker Spaniels at 20 to 30 pounds and about 13.5 to 15.5 inches tall, with a life span of 10 to 14 years. The coat needs regular brushing and trims, and the long ears need checking. Ask us to text you when one arrives.
